Shipping and returns HEADING_TITLE
The KLEEN CAR payment, shipping and return policy is as follows:
PAYMENT- Our site is configured with a safe and secure server to protect your sensitive credit card information. We accept all major credit cards on the site. If you wish to pay by check, or money order, please call us to place the order. Your total will be calculated and we must wait for the check to clear before shipping the order.
SHIPPING - most orders will be shipped by DHL ground. Depending on the weight, size, or item ordered, it may be shipped via the US postal service. Your shipping total will be calculated based on the total price of the merchandise ordered. We feel this makes you’re buying experience a better one. In some instances it will cost us more to ship an item or items because it may be drop shipped from the factory or parts of the total order may come from different places. We absorb the cost of this because we want you to know your total cost upon checkout, including shipping. There is no hidden packaging or handling fees in our pricing. These special shipping prices are valid in the continental US only. We will ship anywhere in the world but the shipping price will then have to be calculated due to the destination country, the size and weight of the package. Please call us if you would like our great products shipped outside of the continental United States
TRACKING- Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order and this also is your invoice. The part numbers of the items ordered along with your shipping information will be on that invoice. There will not be a tracking number along with that. We will be happy to forward that number to you if you wish to track your order, or we can track it for you. Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours upon confirmation of the order. Most DHL orders will take between 3-5 business days to arrive. For orders that have not been received after 2 weeks, please call us and we will consider the order “lost” and we will resend it. Please inspect all items upon receipt and DO NOT sign for damaged parcels.
RETURNS- any item in its original box or package will be accepted for return within 15 days of receipt. Chemicals are NON returnable. Books, videos, and training aids are NON returnable. Electrical components require a 15% restocking fee, and will only be accepted back in new and perfect condition. Any item to be returned will require the customer will pay for shipping back to Kleen Car or the product manufacturer. Steam machines are NON returnable due to the nature of the machine as well as a NON returnable policy of the manufacturer. Original shipping charges will NOT be refunded. Returned items will be shipped back to us at the customers cost
WARRANTY- Product and equipment warranties are issued by the manufacturer and must be filled out and sent in by the customer to the manufacturer. Problems or repairs will be handled by the manufacturer, with our assistance.
MSDS information- Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) can be obtained by contacting us.
